BAGS

We manufacture most sizes of low density polyethylene bags , whether they be a bottom seal, side seal, printed bags, handle punched bags, or a custom requirement.

Bag raw material options include recycled or virgin polymer . A blend of the above raw materials is also a popular option.

If size permits the bag can be manufactured using the generally accepted mono layer extrusion system or the more technically advanced and superior co-extrusion method.

SHEETING

We manufacture sheeting in continuous rolls of any required length, width or thickness. Alternatively loose sheets can be manufactured to clients’ requirements.

We offer all sheeting manufactured using recycled or virgin polymer or possibly even a blend of the 2 above

TUBING/CENTREFOLD

We manufacture tubing or centrefold plastic upon customers’ requests. Width, length or thickness can be varied to clients’ requests.

We offer all tubing/centrefold manufactured using recycled or virgin polymer or possibly even a blend of the 2 above

SHRINK FILM

Commonly used in heat tunnels to shrink around a product for packing purposes. We only manufacture shrink film using the co-extrusion process.

All shrink film is manufactured to your size requirements. Any colour can be chosen.

In some cases companies may require a printed shrink for packing retail items such as cans or bottles

PRINTED PRODUCTS

Our manufacturing plant uses several processes to be able to satisfy customers’ varying needs for printed product.

Whether it be on bags, form fill and seal, tubing, sheeting, shrink film or possibly any form of polyethylene packaging, we have a way of printing on it to satisfy most customers’ requirements.

As the combination of raw material, colour and extrusion process are so varied, it would be advisable to contact our company to discuss your packaging needs.

CONSTRUCTION PLASTICS

We manufacture  SABS and non-SABS plastics used in the construction industry. Sheeting, damp proof course or roof tile underlay are all commonly used when building.

AGRICULTURAL

We manufacture several products used in the agricultural industry

• Mulching
• Fumigation sheeting
• Custom UV tunnel plastic
• Grape Vine sheeting with thickened edges

Of interest is our grape vine sheeting with thickened edges, which is essentially plastic sheeting with thick edges on the sides and centre. The cost saving is substantial as only the tie down parts on the sheet are thicker so as to resist tearing. The rest of the film remains thinner to keep costs down.

We are one of very few companies in the world that have perfected this product.

POLYTAK FILM

This is polyethylene film with a re-usable tack adhesive on the one side.It is used to hold the plastic in place for protection purposes.

When the protected product is ready to be used, the film is removed to expose a clean surface.
